IPCWell Tier 1 Package

This package provides comprehensive support to ensure your facility is prepared for infection control surveys, improves outcomes, and manages outbreaks effectively.

  • One On-Site Visit

  • Twelve Monthly Touch Base Calls with an expert Infection Preventionist (IP), focused on survey preparedness, processes, and outcome improvement.

  • Six Bi-Monthly LAN (Learning and Networking) Sessions.

  • Infection Preventionist Coach/Mentor to guide your facility through infection control practices.

  • Survey Preparedness utilizing CMS Pathways, comprehensive assessment, and Appendix PP.

  • IPC Annual Risk Assessment to identify infection risks and mitigation strategies.

  • Antibiotic Stewardship using McGeer, Loeb's, and NHSN protocols.

  • Access to the IPCWell Online Learning Library, which includes over 30 infection prevention and control modules.

  • Access to IPCWell Audit Tools, covering Hand Hygiene, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), Environmental Services (EVS), Dietary and Laundry Services, and Enhanced Barrier Precautions (EBP).

  • Outbreak Management and Support (basic support included).

Total Package Annual Cost: $6,000
Payment Plan: $3,000 down and $250 monthly for the remaining balance.

IPCWell Tier 2 Package

This Tier 2 package offers even more hands-on support, including a mock survey to ensure your facility is fully prepared for infection prevention and control surveys and enhanced infection control compliance.

  • Two On-Site Visits, one of which will be a Mock Survey to assess infection control readiness and preparedness.

  • Twelve Monthly Touch-Base Calls with an expert Infection Preventionist (IP), focused on survey preparedness, processes, and outcome improvement.

  • Six Bi-Monthly LAN (Learning and Networking) Sessions.

  • Infection Preventionist Coach/Mentor to guide your facility through infection control practices.

IPCWell Tier 3 Package

This Tier 3 package offers comprehensive support, including three site visits, a mock survey, and specialized CMS survey remediation to ensure your facility meets all required infection control standards.

  • Three On-Site Visits, one of which will be a Mock Survey to assess preparedness for official inspections.

  • CMS Survey Support for one 2567 Remediation Plan, including guidance on addressing deficiencies and compliance (remote).

  • Twelve Monthly Touch-Base Calls with an expert Infection Preventionist (IP), focused on survey preparedness, processes, and outcome improvement.

  • Six Bi-Monthly LAN (Learning and Networking) Sessions.

  • Infection Preventionist Coach/Mentor to guide your facility through infection control practices.

  • Survey Preparedness utilizing CMS Pathways, Comprehensive Assessment, and Appendix PP.

Additional CMS survey support, including 2567 remediation, may vary depending on the scope of work required by CMS, and will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
